Katie Nixon
Actor - Comedian - Host - Writer - Instructor

Katie Nixon is an American comedic performer based in Amsterdam. Currently in the main cast at Boom Chicago, Katie previously spent over 10 years performing improv and sketch comedy in Chicago, Illinois.

Katie is a passionate instructor, leading workshops for such companies as Microsoft, Royal Haskoning, and University of Amsterdam. She teaches for the Boom Chicago Academy, introducing improv to students from around the world.

Katie is also a singer and musician. She had to leave her banjo in Chicago, but she is always happy to improvise a song or play one of her originals on the ukulele.
